Expertise
Aura has experience in running her own Employment Tribunal claims. She has advised on cases involving unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, victimisation, harassment, as well as race and disability discrimination claims. Aura also has experience assisting on High Court and County Court claims.
On the non-contentious side, Aura has experience advising on employee exits and settlement agreement negotiations, as well as ad hoc employment queries.
