Leena is the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer, working with the Managing Partner and Executive Team to shape and deliver Stewarts’ strategic vision. She leads programmes that drive growth, innovation and operational excellence across the firm. Leena holds a Global Executive MBA and is a PRINCE2 and MSP qualified programme leader.

Leena specialises in strategy development, business growth and large‑scale organisational change. She has extensive experience translating a strategic vision into clear, actionable plans that enhance performance and support sustainable expansion. She brings strong financial and people management skills, and a track-record of delivering firmwide objectives.
Career
Leena became Chief Strategy Officer following a senior role as Business Change Director and before that Senior Projects Manager, having joined Stewarts in 2012. As CSO, she works closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Team to define and execute the firm’s strategic priorities. Leena’s experience at Stewarts includes delivering and leading firmwide programmes focused on process improvement, technology‑enabled change and strategic development. Her earlier roles provide a strong foundation for her involvement now in shaping and delivering the firm’s strategic plans.
Personal
Leena is a member of Plan International and has been involved in helping provide education for young girls in India. Leena is a keen swimmer and enjoys cooking when time permits.
Experience
Leena brings more than a decade of experience in the legal sector, combining senior leadership with hands‑on delivery of strategic, operational and change programmes on a firmwide basis.
